Job Title: GSM Product Manager, Central Zone, India
Responsibility: Responsible for GSM Project execution and management of Central Zone, including project management, cost budget, team construction, customer communication, resource management, training
Project Experience:
Introduction for project team: Central Zone includes six circles. GSM projects cover 3 circles—CG,ORRISA and MP. In each circle there is one CPM leading one project group, which include CTE team, O&M team, RF team, Logistic team, and Vendor team. Up to now, there are totally 30 members in central zone.
The detailed work includes:
1. Project Integration Management
According to the project status and assigned targets, project execution plan and performance evaluation target is made. Every resource from different department is assembled to execute the project. All the troubles and ventures in different levels are listed, where the sponsor and deadline will be highlighted, to push trouble resolving and project improvement.
2. Project Time Management
According to the project status, human resource status and assigned targets, project execution plan for Installation, commissioning, AT job is made. Performance evaluation for project execution in 3 circles periodically and modification solution for project integration plan is made.
3. Project Human Resource Management
According to the project status, human resource status and assigned targets, manpower requirement plan, training plan, formalization plan, appraisal plan, Base modification plan is given. Monthly and half-year appraisal to each member is given
4. Project Cost Management
According to the project status, human resource status and assigned targets, project cost budget is made. Performance evaluation for cost budget in each circle and modification solution for project integration plan is made. Travelling claims, service expenses, daily operation charges for engineers are evaluated and approved.
5. Project Risk Management
According to the project status and human resource status, the existing problems and latent risks are analyzed. The influence of each risk to the project is evaluated. Different risks are classified and solution for risk transfer, risk prevention, risk decrease should be found.
6. Project Communications Management
Each relationship between every project sponsor is clarified to team members, including internal relationship in project team, relationship between leaders and project team, relationship between customers and project team. Every sponsor should keep communications by mail, by phone or even by meeting for important project sponsors with MOM.
7. Project Procurement Management
Vendor team for project execution is built and managed. The testing tools are rented or outsourced.
